My husband and I just purchased a vehicle from James and Aaron at JEM Auto Sales. They were great!! The car I looked at was as described in the listing - it was clean, well maintained and it actually looked like the photos! (If you've been car-shopping for any length of time, you know that many times the car you see in the photos aren't exactly what you see on the lot.)Because my husband was tied up at work, I had to view the vehicle myself, which made me a little nervous. I had never been to this dealership before, but they were friendly and very kind, the office was clean, the lot was well-kept up and they put me at ease right away.Taking a potential vehicle to my own mechanic is a very important part of the car-buying process for me, and they were willing to accommodate this even though the vehicle I was interested in was in high demand. I believe this speaks to their integrity about the known condition of the vehicles they are selling.Pricing on our vehicle was very fair. The sales process was smooth. There was no pressure at all and we felt great about the agreement we reached. They also include a 3 month, 3,000 miles warranty and that adds peace of mind to such a large purchase.We are thankful to have found this dealership. We both felt that these are honest people, they were great to work with, and they will be our starting point for future vehicle purchases.

We had the BEST customer service!!! Aaron truly was great to work with. Super efficient. Friendly, understanding, and communicated everything to us. Continued follow ups to make sure everything was good. Great experience for my fiancé and I! We highly recommend and will definitely be back!!
